Buying tickets

What is a "ticket package"?

This is a tourist package that includes an entrance ticket for an event and one or more additional services.

How do I buy a ticket package?

It is easy. Just select the event, follow the instructions of the online form and make the payment.

And if I want to by the ticket package as a present?

You will receive a gift certificate (or voucher) by email as proof of purchase.

What does buying in "Reserve mode" or "On Demand" mean?

Once the payment is effected, you will have to wait for our providers to confirm availability of the tickets. It does not happen often, but in the event that the provider cannot confirm the ticket, we will refund the total amount.

What does it mean when an event is tagged with “Ticket Exchange” of “Ticket Exchange Platform"?

This means that Football and Music Events Services is not the direct ticket provider, so you have the option of contacting another sales point. If you use this mode, please remember that the amount paid is higher than the amount printed on the ticket, since the seller may charge their own fees for the transaction.

You may rest assured since we have complete trust in all our providers, which is demonstrated by the many years of correct functioning of our company.

Ticket Prices

What is “Minimum Price Guaranteed” for an event?

The price of an event tagged with this label is the lowest on the secondary internet market. We guarantee it!

Do the prices include VAT and postage?

The prices of the products available on the web site include VAT. However, postage costs are added to the cart and can vary depending on the option selected.

What fees do Football and Music Events Services charge?

Football and Music Events Services have different forms of classifying the events. When we act as official agents, the event is tagged with the content and price of the products included in the selected package. However, in the case of the Ticket Exchange or Ticket Platform option, the customer is using a free market online offer where the supplier decides the prices, so that the prices may be higher than the amount printed on the tickets. These events are also tagged.

Why is price on the ticket lower than the price paid?

Because you did not buy just a ticket. You bought a package that entitles you to other additional services, such as courier service, a tour of the stadium, a hotel room, refund insurance, excursions, etc.

Are there any group discounts?

Yes, you may request a discount for more than 8 persons.

Location of the tickets

Are my tickets located in the local or visitors area?

The tickets are always located in the local team areas.

Are the tickets together?

Your tickets are generally located together. If they are not, due to non-availability, we shall always provide the best possible tickets.

Could I be refused entry to the facilities?

In accordance with the valid legislation, persons responsible for access to the facilities may refuse entrance for non-compliance with the regulations or for security reasons.

Although we are sure that you should not have any problems, we do recommend acting in a responsible manner.

Changes in ticket date or time

Can the scheduled date of a match or other event be modified?

It does not happen often, but for reasons beyond the control of Football and Music Events Services, the date of any event or match may be changed. There are many different reasons (weather conditions, security reasons, etc. In any case, if the event is rescheduled, the tickets are valid for the new date.

Will I be informed if there is a change of date?

You will be informed about any changes that occur - Don’t worry!

When are football matches confirmed?

The times are usually known 5 to 10 days before the date of the match.

However, we do recommend that you check the times on arrival at your destination. One way of doing this is by consulting web sites of the associations: www.lfp.es, www.bundesliga.de, www.legaseriea.it, www.premierleague.com, etc.

You may also contact Football and Music Events Services, if you prefer. We shall be happy to confirm the times.

Online Ticket Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

Is the Football and Music online payment system secure?

Yes, our online payment system is 100% secure. Football and Music Events Services have contracted a certified payment gateway with the Catalunya Caixa bank to provide complete security.

Will I receive confirmation that my purchase operation was successfully completed?

Of course! Once the purchase is completed, we shall send a confirmation mail with the transaction details.

Ticket Collection or Delivery

Where and when can the tickets be collected?

The safest option is to receive the tickets in the city where the event is being held, either in your hotel, or in one of the pickup points provided by Football and Music Events Services in each city. The tickets are always delivered in a completely secure manner.

Can I collect my tickets at the stadium box-office?

If the organisers of the event allow this, you can select this option when purchasing the ticket.

Of course! The number of our office is (0034) 972 346 276. Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you with any queries.

What are the steps to join an affiliate programme?

STEP 1

Click the “Affiliates” tab on our webpage and select “Register”. Fill out the online form with your details, indicating the type of affiliates programme best suited to your needs.

STEP 2

Football and Music must approve each application individually. Once we have given the green light (we are very fast, so don't worry), you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the conditions of the affiliate programme selected, your login and affiliate password.

Shortly afterwards, one of our customer service staff will contact you to welcome you on board and then you can start taking advantage of your affiliate plan as soon as possible. From then on, you can always count on us to resolve any queries that you may have.
